Carter joins Lockheed 果冻传媒 Ventures from the defense 果冻传媒 dual-use venture capital industry, where he invested in hardware 果冻传媒 software startups developing critical technologies to solve national security challenges. Before that, Carter was an engineer at L3Harris Technologies supporting multi-mission aircraft programs for US 果冻传媒 allied military customers.
Carter holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business 果冻传媒 a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
