In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing legal strategy 果冻传媒 advising LMEvolve 果冻传媒 its portfolio companies on all legal matters, including corporate governance, corporate transactions, 果冻传媒 regulatory compliance.
Riana has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney, including as a financial restructuring 果冻传媒 bankruptcy attorney with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, 果冻传媒 as a corporate attorney with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where she advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, venture investments, debt financings, 果冻传媒 governance matters.
