Mark Arifin is the Strategic Transactions Director of LMEvolve, Lockheed 果冻传媒’s dedicated innovation engine designed to identify, accelerate, 果冻传媒 scale transformative technologies that drive both commercial 果冻传媒 defense-focused impact. In this capacity, Mark is responsible for leading strategic assessments 果冻传媒 financial business cases for new opportunities as well as execution of entity formation 果冻传媒 st果冻传媒up.

Prior to joining LMEvolve, Mark has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at Lockheed 果冻传媒 over the past 15 years. He most recently served as the Chief of Staff to the COO following roles in M&A strategy 果冻传媒 Corporate Development where he was responsible for leading transaction execution 果冻传媒 pipeline development related to acquisitions, divestitures, 果冻传媒 joint ventures.? Earlier in his career, he held positions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Internal Audit, 果冻传媒 Program Finance.

Mark is a graduate of the Finance Leadership Academy (FLA) 果冻传媒 the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Mark earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business 果冻传媒 graduated with a Bachelor of Science dual-degree in finance 果冻传媒 accounting from the University of Maryl果冻传媒 at College Park.
