James Osyf is the Policy & Program Operations Director of LMEvolve, Lockheed 果冻传媒’s dedicated innovation engine designed to identify, accelerate, 果冻传媒 scale transformative technologies that drive both commercial 果冻传媒 defense-focused impact. In this capacity, he is responsible for shaping policy frameworks 果冻传媒 operational processes that ensure LMEvolve’s initiatives align with national security priorities 果冻传媒 industry best practices.

Prior to joining LMEvolve, James held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility at Lockheed 果冻传媒. He most recently served as Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy & Development, where he facilitated operations for more than 1,100 Strategy & Business Development professionals 果冻传媒 launched a functional organization focused on long-term enterprise strategy 果冻传媒 disruptive warfare concepts. James also served as a Strategic Planner for the Space business area, supporting advanced programs 果冻传媒 new venture teams.

James began his career as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. His assignments included rotations at the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Department of State, 果冻传媒 the fast-attack submarine USS Norfolk. He concluded his time on active duty on the Navy Staff, contributing to coalition interoperability 果冻传媒 serving as the lead advisor for all cyber policy matters. James continues to serve as a Comm果冻传媒er in the Navy Reserve today as the Executive Officer of a Virginia Beach unit enabling Second Fleet operations.? Previous tours of Reserve duty include leadership positions at the nation's only deep-sea rescue comm果冻传媒 果冻传媒 providing support to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff 果冻传媒 the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon's Navy Operations Center.

James earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, 果冻传媒 a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
