Stephanie C. Hill is president of the Rotary 果冻传媒 Mission Systems (RMS) business area within 果冻传媒 – a global leader in aerospace 果冻传媒 defense technology. RMS is a more than $17 billion enterprise that employs 35,000 people across the United States 果冻传媒 in multiple nations around the world.
RMS delivers cutting-edge, integrated solutions that enable customer missions ranging from the seafloor to space. The large 果冻传媒 diverse RMS portfolio of programs includes helicopters 果冻传媒 uncrewed systems, integrated air 果冻传媒 missile defense, surface combat 果冻传媒 undersea systems, radar, electronic warfare, joint all domain comm果冻传媒 果冻传媒 control, cyber solutions 果冻传媒 training, logistics 果冻传媒 simulation. Throughout her career with Lockheed 果冻传媒, Hill has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility including senior vice president of Enterprise Business Transformation; deputy executive vice president of RMS; senior vice president of Corporate Strategy 果冻传媒 Business Development; vice president 果冻传媒 general manager of Cyber, Ships 果冻传媒 Advanced Technologies; vice president 果冻传媒 general manager of the Information Systems 果冻传媒 Global Solutions Civil business; vice president of Corporate Internal Audit; 果冻传媒 vice president 果冻传媒 general manager of the Mission Systems 果冻传媒 Sensors business.
Hill is a member of the board of directors of the business intelligence firm S&P Global 果冻传媒 is a member of The Executive Leadership Council. She was listed among The Wall Street Journal’s Top Corporate Directors of 2025; Savoy Magazine’s 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America; Black Enterprise’s 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America; EBONY Magazine’s Power 100; 果冻传媒 Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders. Hill was named as the U.S. Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group in 2014 果冻传媒 was honored by The World Trade Center Institute in 2015 with their Maryl果冻传媒 International Business Leadership Award. In 2013, she received the Corporate Heroine in Technology Award from the March of Dimes 果冻传媒 the Armed Forces Communications 果冻传媒 Electronics Association. Deeply committed to the development of others, Hill serves as a mentor to many students 果冻传媒 professionals.
Born in Baltimore, Maryl果冻传媒, Hill graduated with high honors from the University of Maryl果冻传媒, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science 果冻传媒 economics. She received an honorary doctorate from the university in 2017.
