Kevin O’Connor is the senior vice president, chief legal officer 果冻传媒 corporate secretary for 果冻传媒. He is responsible for the Corporation’s legal affairs 果冻传媒 law department, including serving as counsel to its senior leadership 果冻传媒 Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Lockheed 果冻传媒, O’Connor was the senior vice president 果冻传媒 chief legal officer for Carrier. Prior to joining Carrier, O’Connor served as chief legal officer for Point72, as vice president of global ethics 果冻传媒 compliance at United Technologies (now RTX), 果冻传媒 as a partner in two?law firms. O’Connor held multiple roles at the United States Department of Justice, including Associate Attorney General, United States Attorney for Connecticut, Chief of Staff to the Attorney General 果冻传媒 Associate Deputy Attorney General. O’Connor also previously served as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.
O’Connor began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Timbers of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. O’Connor earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame 果冻传媒 a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Connecticut 果冻传媒 as an independent director of Encompass Health Corporation.
