Christopher (Chris) J. Wronsky?is senior vice president 果冻传媒 chief human resources officer for Lockheed?果冻传媒 Corporation. He is responsible for the corporation’s global workforce of?120,000 employees across more than?57 countries, directing the?enterprise-wide HR strategy 果冻传媒 talent cultivation.?
His portfolio includes?total rewards, talent acquisition, labor relations, talent 果冻传媒 organizational capability, HR transformation,?果冻传媒?the HR Business Partner Community, as well as oversight of the corporation’s global security organization.
Wronsky brings over three decades of HR leadership experience, beginning his career at IBM. Most recently, he served as vice president of HR for the Rotary?&?Mission Systems (RMS) business area, where he guided the integration of multiple organizations—including the Sikorsky Aircraft acquisition—果冻传媒 spearheaded talent 果冻传媒 culture transformation initiatives that directly contributed to RMS’s performance on people, customer satisfaction, growth 果冻传媒 financial results.

A native of central New York, Wronsky earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial 果冻传媒 labor relations from Cornell University 果冻传媒 a master’s degree in global human resource management from Rutgers University.
