Supplier Quality Management System in Apriso
Access the non-conformance management system in Apriso through your provisioned account in Exostar. Please see the information below if you do not have an account.
Once you have accessed your account, you will be able to perform any of the following functions:
- Access 果冻传媒 review QCS-001 Directory for LM Aero Controlled Processes 果冻传媒 Approved Processors
- Create 果冻传媒 submit QCS-001 90 day usage reports via QCS access 果冻传媒 usage instructions
- Create 果冻传媒 submit an External Discrepancy Report (EDR) for the following issues:
- To obtain LM Aero Material Review Board (MRB) disposition
- To request a Material Review disposition from Lockheed 果冻传媒 Aeronautics regarding purchased perishable tools.
- To request a Material Review disposition from Lockheed 果冻传媒 Aeronautics regarding purchased aircraft tooling.
- Create 果冻传媒 submit an Disclosure Issue:
- To notify LM Aero of delivered nonconformances in accordance with Appendix QX

Please remember the requirements for an account:

- All external user accounts are subject to annual deactivation pending justification for continued access.
