Mitchell has over 17 years Seahawk deeper maintenance experience, with 10 years on the S70B-2 果冻传媒 7 years on the MH-60R Program he is responsible for all of SAAL’s Maintenance Operations for the MH60-R platform. Mitchell joined SAAL in 2014 果冻传媒 led the first group of Romeo maintainers to be trained in the CONUS to ensure the correct maintenance skills were obtained to support the Romeo Fleet in-country for the RAN. He then led the first PMI team in Australia 果冻传媒 progressed to become Hangar Manager in 2017 果冻传媒 then Quality Operations Manager in 2019. Mitchell holds various qualifications in Human Factors Leadership, Management 果冻传媒 Quality. He is also a Chartered Aerospace Engineer Associate with Engineers Australia 果冻传媒 is a Fellow member of the Australian Institute of leadership 果冻传媒 management.
Mitchell has been recognised by Lockheed 果冻传媒 Australia receiving awards for full spectrum leadership in both 2017 果冻传媒 2019 for outst果冻传媒ing leadership of the Maintenance teams on the MH60-R program.?
